Log Cabin Tie Pillow

Joan commissioned me to do my first pillow from men's ties. The ties were her deceased father-in-law's and she wanted to give the pillow to her mother-in-law as a gift. The entire front including the borders are ties. The pillow is also longarm quilted. Note as well the custom embroidered label for the back.

Want to do this yourself? You need to destruct the ties, wash them, and then back them with lightweight interfacing so you don't have to worry about the bias.
